A Co-creation by Stefan de Beer and Tim van Cromvoirt.
Inspired by our interactive art installation for the Boscotondo Hall of Modern Art we will show the first piece in a new series of 'living' mini installations. Automaton is a merge of Van Cromvoirt's breathing Lungplant and De Beer's concept of transforming motion into other forms of motion. We brought our two concepts together to find a way to create a self regulating cycle. The installation does not use any driving electronics to create the motion but instead is fully mechanic.
