Basswind • Interactive sound installation.
Basswind is an kinetic interactive sound sculpture which can be played like an instrument.
People can activate the objects by pulling the levers.
By activating the objects they will come to life, breathe, move and create their own unique sound.
When played simultaneously a soundscape forms. The installation in inspired by the mechanics of an accordion combined with industrial theme of Kanaalwerken Exhibition. This work is commisioned for the Windkracht festival and KanaalWerken exhibition at the Boscotondo Hall of Modern Art, Muncipal museum Helmond.
