Tim van Cromvoirt (1988) graduated in 2011 at the AKV| St.Joost | Academy Art & Design with a Bachelor: Interaction Design (e.a. Art & Technology). For his graduation project ‘Thermophores’ he was awarded the St.Joost medal for best graduation project. In the same year he also got a place in the HOT100 (the 100 best alumni in the arts, media and technology). Van Cromvoirt’s work is set in the increasingly important field of Art, Science & Technology and is seen as intriguing, mysterious, technically complex, but most of all enchanting.
